2010 has been a really great year for us, but boy did it seem to fly by! I am sittng here trying to figure out what on earth we did in 2010 that made it go by so quickly and nothing out of the ordinary comes to mind, except for work and life! We had so many wonderful blessings this year and have soo much to be thankful for.
The beginning of 2010 Ryan and I were asked to be my little baby cousin, Isabella Grace's Godparents. It was such an incredible honor and we love Isabella so much! The ceremony was amazing and we were so thankful to be apart of her special day.
We had been thinking of adding an additional doggy to our Waggoner brood for some time, because we thought our Bailey dog needed a friend. After much debating and searching in March we drove to the Animal Humane Society of Albuquerque and adopted a puppy. We named him Bodie. While, he isn't always the most well behaved dog, he has been a good addition to the family and we love him very much. :)
I have continued to coach soccer this year and thoroughly LOVE every aspect of it. I coached four different soccer teams in 2010 and I am already looking forward to the Spring 2011 season. I also got on the local AYSO soccer board as their Public Relations person.
In July for my 25 birthday we decided to go to Las Vegas. I had never been to sin city before and we had a great little trip.
In August we headed to Utah to visit Ryan's mom and sisters. We had a fun road trip with Ryan's little brother and his fiance and a great visit with everyone in Utah! Below is a picture of Ryan with his sister Rebecca during our Utah trip.
We hosted Thanksgiving at our house this year and had a really great time. I thoroughly enjoy cooking and hosting and look forward to many more holidays in our home.
In December we headed to Dallas to visit Ryan's dad, step mom and sisters. We had an amazing trip with lots of shopping :) and lots of quality family time. Below is a picture of Ryan's sister Katie and I during our Dallas trip.
Also in December we celebrated 2 years of marriage and 8 years together. Time flies when you are having fun!
Ryan is still working for Peabody Energy at Lee Ranch Coal Mine as a General Foreman and I am still working for the Bureau of Land Management as a Park Ranger for El Malpais National Conservation Area. We are both really enjoying our jobs and the work we are doing!
We have met so many amazing people in Grants and we are definitely starting to feel like we are part of the community. We are truly grateful for all of our wonderful friends and family and we are looking forward to an amazing 2011.

Dogs
So we have been doing a lot of work on Bodie's food aggression. I got some good advice from my last blog I wrote about my frustrations and I have done a bunch of research. Pretty much I believe that Bodie has severe food aggression because he lived with his litter too long in the shelter. When we adopted him he was still with his mom and his FIVE brothers in the same pen in the shelter. He was 5 or 6 months old, which is waay to old to be sharing and fighting for food with your siblings. Puppies naturally have food aggression when they are very little because it is the survival of the fittest. And if they are not seperated from their litter after a certain time or not fed enough at the shelter, I believe that aggression just gets worse. Another thing that I did wrong was seperate the dogs right away at feeding. Bodie has been eating outside by himself.. which made him think he is the dominant dog and made his aggression worse.
I started off being outside with Bodie when he hate, which made him nervous, but he ate and I talked to him and praised him the whole time. When he got confortable with that we introduced Bailey into the situation and we started feeding the dogs together. Soo far so good. I also started giving him a bunch of food so he will know that there is an endless supply, but he just ate a normal portion size and left the rest, so I just kept feeding him the normal amount.
When it came to feeding the dogs together I started with their bowls probably about 5 feet apart and I have been moving them closer together. Right now they are about 3 feet apart. I have supervised the whole thing and when Bodie is finished I praise him, pet him and give him biscuits and then we play. My idea is that if I make feeding time as fun and stress free as possible there will no longer be stress and issues with feeding. Fingers crossed this works, but so far so good and Bodie has not shown any aggression since the perviously mention instance. :) I even caught them snuggling the other day! :)

Reliving 2 years ago.
2 years ago I lost one of my best friends, my grandma. I thought I would share the speech I wrote and read at her rosary 2 years ago:
I know that I would not be the woman that I am today without my grandma, my Nana: Grace Conticelli.
She was soo much more than just a grandma to me, she was like my second mother and one of my closest friends. I know this was reciprocated because she often referred to me as her fifth child because she contributed soo much in raising me.
My grandma taught me and showed me many things over the 23 years I was lucky enough to spend with her and I would like to share some of my favorite memories:
Some of my very first memories were with my grandma, from baths in her kitchen sink to nap time, where I was supposed to take a nap and instead she was the one that fell asleep.
I remember watching my TV shows, Flipper and Lassie in between her soap operas. Then growing up to watch the same soap operas and talking with her about how stupid it was, but we both still watched it!
She told me her amazing life story, from loosing her dad at a very young age, living and working in New York, to meeting my grandfather, robbing the cradle and their adorable love story.
She taught me how to be a loving and caring person.
How to stick up for the people that you love, no matter what.
And how to cook amazing food, especially Italian food. Although, nobody will ever be able to cook it as good as she did.
She told me that good things would happen to good people and that if you work hard you will be rewarded.
She taught me that if you say something, you better mean it. Especially I love you.
She used to tell me that you don't need patience because we aren't doctors. Even though she was probably one of the most patient person I have ever met.
She taught me religion and she taught me faith.
And she showed me strength that I didn't think she had when her husband of over 50 years passed away. And then again when she fought until the end of her life because she wanted to make it to my wedding day.
And best of all she showed me a woman that I will always aspire to be like.
I got married exactly 2 months from the day we buried my grandma and I know she was at my wedding day because she fought soo hard to stay alive and make it there. We saved her 2 seats in the front row that day, so she could bring my Grandpa down from heaven with her.
It is hard to believe this was 2 years ago. I love her soo much and miss her everyday. There are soo many times that I wish she was here so I could talk to her about things I am going through and hear her wonderful advice or even just her kind words of encouragement. But I am soo grateful of the time I did have with her and I know she will always be a part of me. <3

Dogs
Well, Ryan came home after being gone for the week and everthing seems to be better. The dogs of course are showing none of the crazy signs I had to deal with while he was gone. But, I know that we still have a problem with Bodie and before we give up completely on him I want to do everything in our power to make sure we gave him a sufficient shot. We should have nipped his aggressive behavior in the butt right away. We didn't and hopefully it isn't too late, but we are going to give it a shot.
STEP 1: Make sure that we are considered the dominant ones over the dogs. I have done some research on it and did some of the techniques with Bodie when he was a puppy. When he was little I would take food out of his bowl while he was eating and make him eat it out of my hand and stuff like that so he didn't have food aggression with us. I havn't really done anything since he was little... and I was reading that if a dog eats by themselves (which mine do) that they might think they are the dominant ones because nobody else is arond. So tonight Ryan and I went outside while Bodie was eating and messed with his food. He did fine. I believe he is comfortable knowing we are dominant. Also, this sounds silly, but I read to spit in your dog's food. It has your scent on it and will help them know that you are dominant. Sounds crazy, but hey I might try it.
STEP 2: Teaching the dogs to eat together. For 6 months the dogs have been seperated during feedings. Hence why when they are put in a situation where they are both around food there are issues. I am not exactly sure how we are going to do it, but Ryan is committed to helping me and I think together the two of us should be able to make some headway. My first thoughts are leashing Bodie so I can control him in the incidence of bad behavior. Second thoughts are rewarding his good behavior. He LOVES food, so that should be pretty easy to do. I will do some more reserch on this... but I am excited to try and I hope we can see some changes.
STE 3: Giving Bodie more exercise. He is a VERY active dog, lots of bad behavior comes from lack of exercise and too much energy. I had started walking him every morning... but I kind of quit and I lost our double leash so then I felt bad just walking him and not Bailey. SOoo... I am ordering a new double leash tomorrow and I will play with them more and walk them more. Even if it is just playing with the tennis ball in the backyard... which is what we did today for about an hour.
That is what I've got soo far. I will keep this blog upated. :) Fingers crossed this works!

What to do...
I have Situation and I don't know what to do about it.
It is our new puppy. I guess, although it is hard to admit, that I have let him get out of control and take over our lives. You never know what kind of personality you are going to get when you adopt a new dog. With Bailey we lucked out, she is sweet, smart and loves everything. With Bodie... he is sweet, not very smart and has aggression issues and fence jumping issues... but those stopped, for the most part with an electric fence.
It started with food aggression and I thought he would just grow out of it (mistake #1). We picked him up from the shelter when he was 6 months old, he had spent his whole life in the shelter with his 5 brothers and mom. When I fed him he INHALED his food in like 10 seconds flat every time I fed him. I made sure he would eat from my hand and let me take his food away, but I saw signs of food aggression when the cat would walk by and with Bailey. So I fed him seperate... and I have for 6 months. He no longer inhales his food, but his food aggression is still there.
If there is food, throw up with food or if he *thinks* I am going to feed them while the two dogs are together, a switch gets flipped and he acts like he wants to kill Bailey.
The other issue is the cat. I know not all dogs love cats... but Bailey does. Within the past month Bodie has just decided that he HATES the cat. And by hates, I mean, he wants to kill him. We had Eric's litter by where the dogs sleep in the house at night and Eric was soo scared to go to the bathroom he stopped using his litter box. So now we had to move it into another room. Every time he sees the cat, even through the door or window from outside... he goes balistic.
The last straw was the other day. He actually hurt his paw and I was going into the laundry room (where they sleep) to put some medicine on it. It was however about the same time that I feed them everyday and I think he thought that was what I was going to do. He Flipped. Luckily, I know him well and grabbed him before he got to Bailey. But I had a hell of time trying to get him outside while he was in attack mode. Ever since I see Bailey kind of cower every time I bring them inside. She is scared and doesn't know when he is gonna flip. That breaks my heart. I don't want her to feel afraid in her own home. I don't want the cat to feel afraid either. I don't know what to do. It is like he has turned our whole life upside down sometimes.
But there are good moments, it isn't all bad. Bailey and Bodie play all the time, all day long. She dominates him, unless there is food involved. I think she secretly loves him and he, well he LOVES her. He likes to snuggle with her while sleeping... she hates it. lol. And he loves us! He is a snuggle butt and just falls into your lap and looks at you with those big puppy light brown eyes filled with love and I melt.
I have thought numerous times about taking him back to the shelter and the thought just kills me. I am tearing up just thinking about it. I don't want to be one of THOSE people. Ya know! I know Eric would be happy, but would Bailey be sad, and how would Bodie be able to cope without us and with out Bailey? I keep replaying the day we adopted him at the shelter. The guy warned us how hard puppies are and how much work they are. He said a lot of times people don't realize it and end up bringing the dog back with all kinds of bad behaviors and they become unadoptable. Fail.
Fail is a good word. I feel like I have failed as a dog owner on soo many different levels and I just don't know what to do. Ryan gets back from a business trip today and with his help I am going to try to do operation get rid of Bodie's aggression. I am going to google and see what I can find because I really don't know where to start. I hope we didn't wait too long to start this process. Any advice?

Lack of blogging/Turning a new leaf!
Ok, I know I have been slacking! I haven't blogged since July! Ooops!
Truth be told nothing ALL that exciting has happened in my life. (Although Soccer season has started back up, so that means my life just got a bit crazier!)
One thing that I do want to write about is my turning of a new leaf. I went to a communication conference a couple weeks ago. In fact I didn't want to go and I was being very stubborn about it with my boss. Afterall, I was a communications major, I know how to communicate and I didn't think they were going to teach me anything that I didn't already know. I was wrong.
For the most part it was kind of what I expected. BUT I learned how to make a change in myself. I didn't have very many boundaries in my life and people pretty much walk all over me. The lady who taught the class had a good analogy of my situation. My parking lot has no defined parking spaces and people just park wherever they please. Unless I establish some boundaries for myself and for others to be clear about, people will continue to park wherever unless I give them some clear spaces to park. Make sense?
So since that class I have been really trying to set some definate boundaries for myeself and for other people. It has caused me to speak my mind instead of shy away, which can be a good or a bad thing. Lol. And it has also caused me to share my thoughts and opinions and be more open. Which I think has been a good thing.
If someone says something about me that I don't appreciate, I make sure they know... Hey I didn't really appreciate what you said and it hurt my feelings. Lol. I know it sounds lame, but you are setting a boundary.
Anyway, one of the things that just happened yesterday was I decided that I don't talk to my Step-Mother-in-law (she hates that title! lol)enough. So I told her exactly how I felt. We only see eachother a couple times a year and I don't feel like I really know her well enough. So I told her I would like to email her and get to know her better. This is something I am not sure I would have said a couple weeks ago because it is something that is easier just to push aside and not think about. But It is good to let people know how you really feel about them. Life is a bit too short not to.
So I challenge you to do something to better yourself or someone else that is out of your comfort level. You will be surprised how it will make you feel! :) And remember, respecting yourself comes first!

A letter to me
I saw this on someone else's blog and thought I would copy. Even though nobody really reads my blog... It was kind of a good self reflection for me! :)
Dear Middle Schooler Jackie: You are definitely going through a major awkward phase. You have crazy hair and glasses... yet you are still managing to hang out with the cool people. Stop trying to fit in. Don't give in to that stupid trend of the huge bang curl. It doesn't work with your curly hair and looks bad. Avoid Basketball. I know all of your friends are playing it, but to be perfectly honest you just aren't very good. You will be the bench warmer for your whole basketball career and not even get to play with any of your friends that you joined the team for. Plus, you will be trying to play basketball before school and crush almost every bone in your foot. It is not fun... avoid basketball. Also, don't date boys in middle school. Seriously, nobody can drive, it is lame, don't even try. But you will anyway and you will cry over stupid boys. Just have fun, hang out with your smart cool friends and enjoy being a drama nerd!
Dear High School Jackie : Stick with soccer... you will have the most fun playing soccer. Like I told you in middle school, avoid basketball. Hug your grandpa more. He will pass away suddenly during your freshman year. You don't get to say goodbye because you were in basketball practice. Should have avoided basketball. Again don't bother with boys, nothing good comes out of it. But, you know that boy that you are mean to in your Journalism class... well you should be nicer to him. He is your future husband. Let loose and have little more fun with your friends. After graduation you will all move to different sides of the country and world and you will loose touch with most of them. Oh yeah, and your BFF... isn't really your BFF. She is kind of meanie and is jealous of the time you are spending with your future husband. She is stupid, ditch her early to save yourself from too much sadness.
Dear Freshman in College Jackie : Yes I know you were sheltered in high school... but really Tequila is not meant to drink straight from a bottle. Avoid the cimarron crew...they are bad news... and DON'T join that sorority... you will quit in a couple months anyway. When you are driving home for Christmas break... don't speed and take the turns slowly otherwise you will get into a serious car accident. Oh, and don't get too attached to ENMU. You will transfer to UNM after your first year. But don't regret it, you will have made some life long friends there and learned some valuable life lessons.
Dear UNM college Jackie : Please have more fun. Yes I know college and work run your life... but really hang out with your friends more and relax. The real world comes fast after graduation so you better enjoy college while you still can. Oh and don't get lazy your Sr. year. Actually try to go to that stupid freshman level class that you found out last minute you had to take. Getting a bad grade in there messes up your GPA... but don't fret you will still graduate Magna Cum Laude.
Dear 22 year old Jackie:
Congratulations on getting engaged to the man of your dreams! You have quite the catch! You don't need 10 mos to plan your wedding... you can and should really do it in about 5 or 6. Yes, it is a possibility to plan it that fast and if you don't... your beloved grandmother won't make it to your special day. She tries like hell, but passes away 2 months before your big day if you plan it in 10 mos.
Dear 23 year old Jackie:
Your grandma will pass away this year. See her as often as you can and know that she was holding on longer than expected just because she wanted to see you get married. She loved you like her 5th child. You will have a hard couple of months, but you have a wedding that helps you move forward. You will have a gorgeous December wedding in your home town. Don't freak out at all at your wedding.. it turns out perfect. Oh and don't over plan your honeymoon! When you come back, don't worry about work. Everything happens for a reason. You will soon be back to where you want to be and doing what you love.
Dear 24 year old Jackie:
Enjoy your time with your husband! This year will be one of your best. Go camping more often and be really thankful for the great job that you have. This town that once felt strange and weird will start to feel like home and you will no longer feel like a stranger, but a part of this awesome community.

A quarter of a century
Monday was my birthday and I tragically turned a quarter of a century. ;) I am not too disappointed, I have a feeling 25 will be a good year to me! For my birthday my husband and I went to Las Vegas. It was my very first trip to sin city and we had an absolute blast. It was a much needed vacation for the two of us, and I realized it was the first vacation we have done as a couple since our honeymoon! :) (I already can't wait until our next one! lol)
As I turn 25 I took some time to step back and look at my life, and boy am I blessed! I NEVER in a million years would have thought that at 25 I would be married to the man of my dreams, have a beautiful home, 3 adorable furry children, a job that I love getting up and going to everyday and amazing friends and family.
Here's to another 25 years of blessings! :)

Siblings
Being an only child, I've never experienced having siblings until I met my husband who has a brother and sisters.
This weekend I think I really understood what it means to love your siblings.
We got to hang out with Ryan's brother and his fiance (who I also love to death) and then we met up with his dad and his little sisters (they just turned 12). We used to all live in the same town and we saw his siblings every week. Ryan's parents moved out of the state a couple years ago and we still see his brother (who is going to school in NM) a couple times a year, but we are having a harder time seeing his sisters because they no longer live in the same state. This weekend we got to see the girls... it had been 6 months since we've seen them last. They'd grown 3 or 4 inches each since we last saw them... amazing!
We had such a great time hanging out with them today, we went swimming at a hotel and just hung out and had fun with them. Because we have this separation with them, saying goodbye gets harder every time we see them. This time was particularly hard. The girls ball their eyes out and when they cry, I cry. I just love them soo much and hate to see them sad and I always wish we could be closer to them. I cried for about 15 minutes straight after we left them... and then I realized, THIS is what it is like to have siblings that you absolutely love and adore. This is something that I have never had before, until now. I am soo blessed that I married into this family and that I get to have, for the first time ever, siblings.

live everyday to the fullest
I just met a really sweet girl, who is around my age, pregnant with her 3rd child and just lost her mother a couple weeks back in a car accident. Her mom was a Dr. here in our town. I met her and had no idea who her family was, I felt soo bad when I brought them up.
It is just a reminder to me to never take a single day for granted because you never know when it might be your last.

Crazy/Fun Weekend
This weekend has been quite interesting and eventful!
My weekend actually started on Saturday. I got to the take the day off because it was soccer tournament weekend! I had the potential for 6 games that day, but only ended up having 4 (only). I started my Saturday off sick and I wasn't even sure I was going to make my games... but the 11 year old next door came over at 7:30 so I was ready whether I wanted to or not. I had to take her to the games because her parents were out of town. The only thing that saved me was her team, My Fashionistas games we had to forfeit because they didn't have enough players. So that was 3 less games I had to coach! However, they had won all their games throughout the week, so they still ended up getting 3rd place.

My big kids did amazing beyond words this weekend. These kids went undefeated during the regular season, but lost their very first tournament game. However, thanks to double elimination and a new drive to play, these kids won every single game since then. They played 3 games Saturday and beat the team that they had initially first lost to, however the team hadn't lost yet the tournaments, so in order to win first place we had to beat them twice. The second game against this team was my kids 3rd game of the day. They were soo tired, but they played amazing and we ended up loosing to them 7-6. Heartbreaker. But they got 2nd place!
After the tournaments we headed to Socorro. Ryan's cousin had a graduation party so we got to hang out with a bunch of Ryan's family that we hadn't seen in a really long time! Some of them we haven't seen since our wedding so it was really nice to see them. We hung out with them and my parents for the rest of the weekend. I finally started feeling better on Monday and was able to enjoy some of Socorro's fine restaurants!
The bad point of the weekend was while we were gone our puppy learned how to jump our fence. Awesome. Luckily I have the most amazing neighbors ever watching my dogs and she kept track of him and kept putting him back in our yard and before we got home she kept him in her yard for us and he got to play with her dog for a couple hours before we got home. We moved some stuff out of the way on the fence and as far as I know he hasn't tried to jump out since. But I am sure he is just happy that we are home. The funny part was he would jump the fence and then get scared and try to get back in and couldn't figure out how. He did this 3 times.

Our lives has gone to the dogs!
I hate burdening people... I always have.
2 animals wasn't a big deal. When we would go away for the weekend we'd leave extra food for the cat and extra food for the dog and they were fine and dandy when we got back. This darn puppy has thrown a loop in that routine. He eats EVERYTHING. There is NO WAY we could just leave the dogs extra food. It would be gone the first hour.. Bailey would go hungry for the weekend and Bodie would be bloated to no end.
This weekend is memorial weekend. Ryan wanted to go to Socorro to see our family and I actually didn't. Why? I wanted to go camping so we could take the dogs. So now we are going to Socorro... I suggest we just stay one day so we can feed the dogs extra before we leave and when we come back they will be fine. Ryan wants to stay 2 days. This means... we need someone to watch/feed our dogs. Boo.... :(
I HATE asking people to do this. I just hate it. I feel like... they are our dogs, our responsibility and we shouldn't have to pawn them off on other people every time we want to go away for the weekend. Our neighbors, I know would do it in a heart beat... BUT We've already had them watch them a couple times... I don't want them to feel like we are using them. Plus, they never ask us for anything and always take their animals with them when they go on vacation.
Who would of thought that adding an extra dog could cause me so much extra stress just to go away for a weekend. (Although I do feel less bad leaving Bailey because I at least know she will have company and play the whole time we are gone!)
To add to this... the landscaper is coming this week to put sod in... do we really want to leave 2 crazy dogs in the backyard with our brand new sod? Sigh...
That is my rant for the evening... good night!

Funny Story
Saturday I thought I was going nuts. I looked in the spare bedroom and saw the comforter and sheets all messed up. I fixed the bed up nice and went to work. I came home from work and it was all messed up again. I asked Ryan if he had been messing it up or had gone into the spare bedroom at all. He told me no. I thought I was going crazy. Yesterday I walked by the spare bedroom while getting ready to head to church and I saw that the bed was all messed up again! It was then that I noticed a lump under the comforter....

ANTM
Well... ANTM is officially over and that means my blogging days will be significantly minimized... unless I can think of something exciting and creative to blog about.
Anyway, Last night was the season finale of ANTM. There were 4 final girls left, Alexandra, Krista, Raina and Angelea. They started the show off with a runway challenge in an airplane (while it was flying). Krista ended up winning... it was one of her many challenges that she won while on the show and she has picked up some really great swag from all of them!
Next they did a photo shoot where they were trying to be ugly-pretty. Don't question me... that is what Tyra came up with. Raina had a hard time being ugly because she is so pretty and Angelea.... Oh man... her photo SUCKED. But half the judges loved it of course. This elimination was a double elim and to my surprise Angelea and Alexandra went home! I was pretty excited that Raina was in the top two... I didn't anticipate her being there, but I was definately happy she was. I just love her look, with those killer eyes and big ole eyebrows!
I have NO doubt that both Angelea and Alexandra will get a modeling contract after this. Angelea booked 6 of 6 go-sees so she must have some sort of personality and Alex is an amazing plus size model, who I know will go far!
Now it is the last 2 girls, Raina and Krista. They did their cover girl ad and commercial, a seventeen magazine spread and then stomped it out in a fun and flirty runway.
Raina is a covergirl, she looked AMAZING in the print ad. I was worried about her walk in the runway, but she actually didn't do half bad! I thought Krista was a shoe-in to win, maybe it was just good editing, but Raina definately gave her a good run for her money. In the end it wasn't enough and Krista, as expected was the next America's Next Top Model.
I think one of the reasons I wasn't too excited about this was Krista's body shape. She was almost a bit TOOOO skinny and could possibly give the wrong message to young women about what they are supposed to look like. Tyra thought being able to see her bones was hot... but to me it was kind of gross. She wasn't Average enough for me. Where as Raina was a big thighed, wide torsoed average girl. Krista models amazingly well and will go far, but you know there were girls out there going... I want to be skin and bones like Krista so I can be the next top model!
Oh well, that is my two cents. This season wasn't that exciting for me because I pretty much KNEW Krista was the winner a couple of episodes before the finale because she was blowing the rest of the girls out of the water, winning challenges and getting the best photo. Hopefully next season will be more exciting.
Until then... here is your next top model:

ANTM
I can't believe this season is ALREADY coming to an end. :( How very sad and depressing... whatever will I do on Wednesday nights?
Regardless, I thought last night's episode was a little blah. Besides Krista yelling, Yay ME! the whole time. She is definitely letting the pictures go to her head. But I must say I am enjoying this downfall of Angelea! I was REALLY hoping she was going home this week... but no such luck.
The girls did a photo shoot with Tyra who used all kinds of things to make shadows on the girls and they had to find the light in the shadows. Some of the pictures came out really cool and some of them were kind of weird... but after all it was Tyra.
Krista and Alexandra (as much as their new little click is driving me nuts) actually both rocked their shoot. Alexandra really surprises me when it comes to her being a plus size model... this really has NOT been an issue for her at all this season. And usually the plus size girls make a huge deal about it and clothes don't fit when they go to go sees and stuff... but this year it is a little mellower for whatever reason.
Anyway, Raina, Angelea and Jessica didn't really do so hot in their shoot. Jessica seemed a little down on herself this week. She kept saying how she didn't think she could be edgy enough and she was missing her family... because of the the self doubt, I don't think she did as well as she could have. I know a lot of people LOVED Jessica... but the judges have a point, she is a bit too commercial. But have no fear, I KNOW she will be picked up for a contract.
I am hoping that Angelea goes home next... however next week is a double elimination. I really like Raina and her unusual look, Mylanta! But I dunno If she can hang with the big dogs. At this point it is looking like Krista and Alexandra are top 2... but as you know anything can happen to change that. Krista, I think will for sure be the top 2... but who will be with her?

Bummer of a day
It is a BEAUTIFUL day out! After 3 days of snow and rain... it is finally nice outside and what am I doing?
Sitting under a blanket with a cat in my lap eating hot soup and getting ready to take some amoxicillin. :(
LAME!
This all started Friday. I didn't feel well, left work early, but decided to still go coach a soccer game... in the snow. Probably wasn't the smartest idea there. I came home and had a fever and some crazy chills. I had a fever ALL day Saturday... in fact I don't even remember Saturday happening. I felt a little better Sunday, but had the worst sore throat I've ever had.
I went to the Dr. today and the prognosis was Strep. YUCK!
I had all these amazing plans for my Monday off... and THIS wasn't it. I was supposed to go to Alb. to hang out with my friend Dawn and her boys.. but no. I am on a couch with a cat (who thinks this has been the best 3 days of his life...curled up with mom and blankets on the couch) eating soup and popping pills. Sigh...
On a side note... I was all upset when I saw my pills because they were horse size! But when I opened the container they were hot pink... Score! Hopefully the whole cool color thing will help those damn horse pills go down easier!
